Almost All Packed Up...

Well the time has come, my last day in the States is here and my bags are just about packed. Everything from bike bibs to shoe covers and belts to shaving cream for the ole' legs. Since this is my first time to Europe I can guarantee that I have over packed, but I am a long way from home and I don't want to have to "deal without" while I am over there....

I leave tomorrow morning bright and early, fly to LA and then to DC where the team meets up. From DC we fly to Brussels. It is going to be a long flight, hopefully I don't sit next to some crying baby or some guy that snores in his sleep. Just have to hope for the best....

I would like to thank everyone who has helped me out through the years to get to this point. I would not be packing my bags for Europe if I didn't have the support of a great cycling community, friends and family. I can't make any promises about winning, but I will do my best and give those Euros some good American competition....
